The Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Unit at Paideia International Hospital in Rome carries out bothin-patientandout-patientservices.

In in-patientsettings, physiotherapists, in collaboration with other specialists, help prepare the patient for surgery and/or minimise post-operative complications and thus promote faster functional recovery.

For outpatient services, highly-specialised physiotherapists meet the patient’s needs to restore and improve motor and cardio-respiratory functions or reduce painful symptoms of the locomotor system using therapeutic exercises, with the aid of manual and/or instrumental treatments. Patients are followed with various rehabilitation approaches in both the acute and chronic phases.
